FMV – Linnanmäki Iik Week Horror Festival Demo Announcement

I’m happy to announce FMV – Full Motion Voyeur is being publicly Demoed this Saturday in Helsinki at Linnanmäki / Borgbacken at their annual horror festival. Game Makers of Finland is putting this session together!

FMV – FULL MOTION VOYEUR DEMO RELEASES ON STEAM IN OCTOBER 2026

In October, after some polish, we will release the FMV Demo to the public on Steam. FMV – Full Motion Voyeur is a dark FMV thriller where you’re trapped in a nightmare of surveillance, obedience, and sacrifice. Guided by the mysterious ADMIN, Claire is ordered to investigate targets, uncover their secrets, and feed them to a Demon or her lover Mona pays the price.

Saara-Elina Kilpinen and Heini Ryynänen are playing the main characters Claire and Mona in FMV – Full Motion Voyeur. They deliver some very intense and brave performances and I’m excited to start getting some eyes on what we’ve made.

Like a lot of Indie projects, FMV is a hobby that happens on the side of real world stuff and it is shaping up to be something we want people to test. I’d say the visceral gameplay of Papers, Please and voyeuristic elements of Sam Barlowe’s games, plus in some crazy way the late eighties horror movies us millennials shouldn’t have watched as a kid is a big contributing factor to what got us here – plus the idea that there’s a hungry audience for Horror and Offbeat Full Motion Video games and Indie titles.
